Kedma Ough. (Kedma means to move Forward)

What is your brand about?

I help entrepreneurs, business owners and inventors find hidden money and resources (including grants) so they can scale their idea with less stress and more impact.

What is your mission?

To teach the small business community how to target funds and resources so they can build exceptional companies and creating epic ideas without the barriers caused by lack of access to capital.

Are you a Millennial? What do you think about Millennials?

I am not a millennial. I love Millennials. I often call myself a born again Millennial. I am a GenX that thinks like a Millennial. Addicted to new content and information. I trust everything but verify first. I am hard working but believe in leave this work as a better place.

I love fashion because it is an expression to the world of who we are and how we show up. It’s our soul with cool clothes

What cannot miss from your wardrobe?

It has to be a Wonder Women accessory. I am known as the Small Business Superhero and I never leave the home without a WW accessory. I have custom WW masks, capes, jewelry, ski helmet, and even bathing suits.

Your favorite pair of shoes and why?

My tall black boots because I can wear them with a sexy dress or skirt and they are classy, elegant, and a bit on the risky side.

What is your style, and what you cannot stand in people, inside and out?

My fashion style is eclectic . I love vibrant colors. I wear pink, orange, yellow, blue, red.

I avoid blank like the plague. I used to only wear black and stopped wearing black about ten years ago. It makes such a difference in my psyche.

If I had to share one pet peeve is I am not driven by how expensive an item is or its brand name. I couldn’t care less. If it looks great than I wear it. In fact, I am known to shop on Amazon and buy $ 15 dollar dress that look like they cost $ 200. I love a great deal and don’t think we have to spend a lot to look like a million dollars.

What is your fashion mantra?

You wear the fashion. The fashion doesn’t wear you. I love beautiful attire like everyone else. However, I purposely choose simple vibrant colors without a lot of fancy material because I want the dress to focus on my figure and not necessarily on the dress itself

What is that magic word that speaks about you?

Tinkerbell. I have been called Tinkerbell because I am very playful, whimsical, and love to throw fairy dust into the world.

What is a wish that you would commit to grant this year to someone paying it forward?

Each year I sponsor three individuals that are on the path of sobriety. I am sober 25 years and I have them check in twice a day for a year. As a result, I am part of saving their lives. Currently the three I am sponsoring have all been sober post 150 days. It fills my heart completely to know I am a part of their healing.
