MY WISH
I am a mother of two beautiful children, and everything I do today is for them and for the hope of giving them a better future. Life has not been easy for us, especially since their father passed away about five months ago. Losing him changed our lives in ways I never expected, and since then, I have had to face many responsibilities on my own.
One of my biggest fears is not being able to provide the basic things my children need. As a mother, it hurts deeply when you want to give your children a better life but you don't have enough resources to do so. My firstborn especially needs to be in school, and being able to provide a proper education for my children is one of my greatest wishes. I want them to have opportunities that can help them grow, become independent, and build better lives for themselves.
Since their father passed away, life has become financially difficult. I have been trying my best to keep going and find a way to create a stable source of income for myself and my children. I don't want to depend on people forever. What I truly want is an opportunity to stand on my own feet, work hard, and build something that can support my family.
That is why I am hoping to raise GHS 22,000 to start a small food joint or restaurant. The money will help me get a container or suitable shop, prepare and set up the place, purchase cooking equipment and utensils, and cover the other important expenses needed to get the business running.
I believe a food business can give me the opportunity to earn a regular income because I am willing to work hard and put my heart into it. My goal is not simply to receive financial help and spend it. I want to use this support as a stepping stone to create something sustainable for myself and my children.
This opportunity would change so much for us. It would give me hope, help me provide for my children, and give me the chance to work toward a more secure future. Most importantly, it would help me make sure that my children have what they need, including the education they deserve.
I know that starting over is not easy, but I am ready to work hard. I am asking for support because right now I need a helping hand to get started. Even though life has been very difficult since losing their father, I still believe that better days are possible.
