Supporting Digital Content Creation to Employ many youths in Kenya
Date Published:
Dear Sir/Madam
Greetings from Digital Content Creators Association of Kenya (DCCAK), DCCAK is a non-profit legally registered entity in the Republic of Kenya. Established in 2022 and duly registered in February 2024, we are not only the first registered association for content creators in Kenya but in the entire African content. We bring together content creators from diverse backgrounds, nurturing emerging talents from grassroots communities and supporting aspiring creators, many of whom hail from marginalized communities, alongside established figures in the digital content landscape. We are looking forward to building a value based partnership with your organization
Our mission is to transform lives through digital content creation, advancing the interests and welfare of content creators in Kenya, enabling them to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape while contributing to the social, cultural and economic development of our society. We are a hub of tech savvy youthful innovators, who have demonstrated that we can change many lives if we embrace digital content creation as a medium of deploying programs and services to the community beneficiaries.
We are a start up organization but very clear on a change impact we want to do in our last mile community, this is amid limited resources that any other program start up faces in Africa. That as it may, we have deployed intensive and targeted fundraising activities aimed at building sustainable partnership and collaboration with different stakeholders, we are deliberately seeking small/seed grants that can help Digital Content Creators of Kenya-DCCAK to sustain its activities, which are currently largely supported directly by members' contributions. We would like to share a link with you about for our partnership and collaboration letters with different stakeholders, calls of proposals we have responded to, our info pack on past-current and-planned activities and our activities photo gallery. We are faced with the challenges of inadequate resources to fully operationalize the organization; we will be glad to share more with you on how we can work together to sustain our activities for the mutual benefit of us and our communities.
We take great recognition of the wealth of knowledge and learning that your organization and its partners have that can be of great benefit to Digital Content Creators Association of Kenya, we are looking forward to tapping from this network for continuous learning. Am writing this mail to request for a meeting with your team, at your earliest convenience, to discuss further areas of possible linkages that we can work together with you and partners in changing lives of the last mile through digital content creation.
Looking forward to hear from you
Kind regards
