Innovate 50/50: Equality for Women and Girls

Innovate 50/50 was created to improve the lives of women and girls worldwide through advocacy and by offering mentorship in leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and government. I want others to be inspired to become more in life and to know that big dreams are not just for men.
My wish is to expand the program and mentor millions of women and girls while bringing attention to gender equality, sexism, unconscious bias, and the social and cultural norms that keep women and girls from pursuing their dreams and succeeding. My wish will positively benefit the lives of many because Innovate 50/50 delivers learning opportunities that previously may not have been available otherwise.
It is my mission to educate and deliver services to women and girls because we still have gaps and disparities holding us back and women typically give the most to others. By granting this wish, together we can create a more diverse, gender equal society that benefits each of us.
