2. Be Kind to Others
3. Be Kind to Yourself
4. Positive Exchange;

*Blame for Taking Responsibility
*Judgement for Compassion
*Bitching & Gossiping for Kindness
*Jealousy for Gratitude
5.Don't pressure yourself to be perfect (even following these steps) it's ok to mess up, just reset your mindset & carry on.
