Crocheting Dreams, Weaving Brighter Futures
Many women and young mothers in our communities are unemployed and lack access to vocational skills that could help them support their families.
Through “Crocheting Dreams: Weaving Brighter Futures,” our wish is to train 200 women and young mothers in practical skills for making handmade crochet shoes and bags. The project will also provide knowledge in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and mentorship.
We wish to see these women gain confidence, create high-quality products, earn sustainable income, become self-reliant, and better support their families. By creating opportunities for women, we hope to contribute to reducing poverty and building stronger communities.
We thank the WishWall Foundation and Miss Simonetta Lien for believing in our women and giving us the opportunity to turn our dreams into brighter futures.
