Help my current writing project get greenlit upon completion

I'm currently writing a book. It's based off of a popular IP. Once I'm finished I'm only getting two copies printed. One for the show creator, one for myself and I'm not publishing it because I can't legally do so. My wish is that once they finish reading it - either she gets in contact with me or the co-creator gets in contact with me expressing interest to turn my book into a follow-up show based on the IP. As crazy as it sounds, and believe me I know it does, I feel a connection and not in an unhealthy way, my connection basically tells me that if I had the chance to work with these people, we would more than likely build up a genuine friendship. And that's what I'm looking for, success and friendship found within that success. Thanks to her IP And my writing combined, a lot of things in my life started making sense. I've become started to become a better person - My writing has helped me to confront past traumas and I have cried my eyes out writing The first story. FYI - I've written five. Currently I'm going through the editing process the first and hoping to hand her the copy meant for her at an upcoming convention. Please send me as much positive energy as you can. I'm scared, but this is a good kind of scared.
