It’s been another week with several surprises. As entrepreneurs we can’t always know what to expect…but what if we could be more ready to react?

According to studies published last month in the journal Transitional Sports Medicine, there's evidence showing "aerobic exercise for two minutes to one hour at moderate-to-high intensity improved attention, concentration, and learning and memory functions for up to two hours."

That’s right: Two minutes of aerobic exercise = two hours of higher brain power. As one of the researchers writes, "Exercise makes you smarter."
