Hello there ! I am Allan from France. I wanted to share here what happened to me. At my 15 years old, I watched so many movies and TV shows and one day, I saw a movie with a man kissing another man and the day after, I got to see my best friend Mattéo. After a long discussion with him, I decided to kiss him. Then, after a long reflection, I knew I liked more the opposite sex.
But I don't wanted to keep that secret for so long so after 2 years, I decided to talk about it to my friends and my family. They were all very happy about my sexual orientation. They said : " Live your life fully without preoccupying about others ". I've got so much assistance via teachers, friends, family, other nice persons...I was feeling very good. But one day, an homophobic person came to me and we started fighting.. so I decided to talk to the police about what happened, he attacked me for no reason and I didn't do anything to this guy. It was clearly because of my sexual orientation. He got a fine for that and I was happy to defend who I am by this way.
Now that I am more than 18 years old, I know that finding a work will be so hard because of my sexual orientation but anyway I'm going to try to live my life fully as my best friends said. I also want to take actions for the LGBTQ community because I don't want them to feel bad for who they are. Together, we're stronger.
