Community leader seeks to get a needed surgery

I am President of a small non-profit organization in Pennsylvania. We help families after they lose a child. I started this organization after the death of my son to help ensure other families have less of a financial burden after losing their child, as we struggled so much. I work very hard to fundraise and it's often neglecting myself to help others.

Over the past few years, after my son's death in particular, I have gone from morbidly obese to average weight. I lost 150 pounds total. But I am left with loose sagging skin. I am told it will only improve with plastic surgery, which my insurance won't cover. I am writing to ask if your organization may help in my situation with funding toward getting my loose skin removed. I feel like I spend my days helping everyone else. I would love to have my confidence back.
