Spectrum wishes

Autism Western Cape provides advisory, support, consultative and training service to autistic individuals and their families. The 9 staff of Autism Western Cape service the entire region of Cape Town as well as the outlying areas and our services sometimes far outreach the areas of our province and reach to both Northern and Eastern Cape.
With a reduction in funding and having lost a few staff members operationally, the organisation has undertaken many strategic initiaitives to become more sustainable. Due to this, we have had to cut increases as well as end of year bonuses.
It is thus my wish that we appreciate the staff in some or other way (whether through means of financial compensation or gifts in kind) to supplement the lost income of bonus (as this is not a given), so that they too can have a joyful December Holiday and come back rejuvenated, refreshed and motivated to reach even more than the current total of 10 000 contacts we have made for the year.
