Have a own house

I am 29 years old and my partner 30. We are engaged six years ago and we have not been able to live together because it is very expensive to have a house. Therefore we have not been able to form our family. Our desire is to have a home so we can be together. Rents are not an alternative, the costs are very high. One of us would have to dedicate the whole of his salary solely to pay for it and we could never save to fulfill our dream.
We have been finding out cheap house prices. There are some very nice houses made with containers. A container house for a family (two rooms) costs around US $ 30,000. We need to cover only one part to access financing and that is what we need to achieve our dream.
The calculations have told us that with US $ 10000 we could have our home and that is the only thing we need to be able to fulfill our dream as soon as possible. Once that payment is made the house is delivered in 30 days.
Otherwise we will be forced to stay apart for at least two more years to be able to do so.
