Refine your mindset

This week we watched the numbers, again. What place is now a hot spot for the wrong reasons? We may ask how much news is too much? Or when will this end?
And we don’t know. So, as we have a different summer POV, we can enjoy the same sun and its shine. I invite you to be aware of perspective, and mindset as we are making plans.
This week when you are thinking about your next steps as an entrepreneur, think about your customer in a new light:
Have you thought about building customer relationships in a remote environment? It helps to refine your mindset from "I know what my customer needs" to "I want to learn what my customer needs". It’s valuable to shift your habit from talking to a habit of asking--and then really listening to the answers.
It helps to shift your approach from relying on what worked in the past, and know…to experimenting with what may work better in this new environment.
