Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Jolene Last, and I am writing to humbly request assistance from your foundation during a very difficult time for our family.
My grandmother (our beloved Ouma) recently passed away after suffering a stroke and living with its effects for the past five years. During this time, she required constant care, which placed a heavy emotional and financial burden on our family. Sadly, she has left behind her daughter and son, both of whom currently have no source of income and are struggling to cope with daily living expenses and funeral-related costs.
We have started a fundraising campaign in the hope of receiving support from kind-hearted individuals and organizations who may be able to assist us during this time of need. Any donation, no matter how small, would make a meaningful difference and help bring some relief to our family.
