For over 20 years I carry out tasks from Social Health Operator (although a few years ago with another qualifying but less), later than the qualification of Social Health Operator, I acquired the qualification of Technician of Social Health Services Expert of the Region with so much of the EEC certificate (former title of CEOS: Responsible Assistenziali Activities). My wish would be to conclude my work cycle by managing a structure that does not have to be a complex structure as a CRA (House Residence Elderly) but I'd also be willing to a small day center at least 15 -20max elderly to follow and care .



Summarizing it all, seeking a partner or a lender of my desire ...... I do not care about the money to me to buy the building and equipment to start the project. I seek for someone who believes in my project (CREATE A DAY CENTRE or MAKE A HOUSE RESIDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY) and buy a suitable structure to one of the two options and entrust management to me and my group of colleagues. Ciao Simonetta, sono Giovanni Bignoli ho letto della Wishmaker su Facebook e in un primo momento mi ha molto incuriosito, perché vi proponete di aiutare le persone che desiderano realizzarsi. Mi son chiesto, perché no? Dopo tanti tentativi andati a vuoto ....., cosa sarà mai un ennesimo tentativo e magari invece potrebbe essere il momento giusto. Bene sono una persona che da oltre 20 anni lavoro nel settore assistenziale, ho acquisito esperienza sul campo lavorando in diverse strutture sia pubbliche e anche private (a tutt'oggi impiegato presso una Casa Residenza Anziani gestita da Suore della Sacra Famiglia a Pianoro (BO) con la qualifica di Operatore Socio Sanitario, nel 2014 ho acquisito l'attestato regionale di: tecnico esperto di attività assistenziali (una sorta di coordinatore di nucleo o struttura). Il mio desiderio è aprire un Centro Diurno per Anziani autosufficienti e non ma non con patologie gravi, a Pianoro (BO).- Oppure una Casa Residenza Anziani massimo 50 posti letto.- Questo desiderio nasce dal fatto che vorrei creare qualcosa di mio o per lo meno gestirlo per come io immagino di essere utile agli altri, un po' per i miei 54 anni (anzi 55 a ottobre), faccio molta fatica a entrare nell'ottica dei miei responsabili attuali nella struttura dove lavoro al momento.- Non riesco a concepire che si rifiutano di vedere i problemi che siamo costretti a far fronte ogni giorno in nuclei dove vengono ospitati persone con diverse patologie e spesso molto gravi che oltre a creare a noi i problemi nel gestirli, mettono in difficoltà gli altri ospiti a volte anche alla loro incolumità . Un altro punto dolente: l'alto costo che gli ospiti devono sobbarcarsi per una qualità di assistenza sempre più scadente, per personale insufficiente rispetto alla tipologia di ospiti con patologie gravi, spesso con operatori con contratti a termine, ai quali non interessa imparare ma eseguire (come, quando e se possono...) perché sanno che non saranno assunti ecc... ecc.., sono convinto che con un po' accortezza si potrebbero migliorare l'assistenza e contenere i costi. Ma per poter realizzare questo sogno/desiderio ho bisogno di uno o più finanziatori che potrebbero percepire un canone di affitto della struttura che verrebbe realizzata. Non sono solo ma rappresento un gruppo di operatori del settore che conosco da anni e che lavorano con me: n°1 Infermiere Professionale, n°10 Operatori Socio Sanitari, n° 1 fisioterapista e n° 1 Animatrice, tutti operatori essenziali sia per Centro Diurno (C.D.) o Casa Residenza Anziani (C.R.A.). Purtroppo gli alti costi di costruzione o ristrutturazione, hanno influito all'accantonamento di questo desiderio e adesso avendo conosciuto questa comunità Spero e credo molto in questo progetto e mi auguro che qualcuno risponda positivamente.
