5 Steps to More Joy

1. Start and end each day saying thank you for something in your life.

2.Get outside each day, feel the air on your face and look up at the sky.

3. Stop comparing yourself to others and start treating yourself like a friend.

4. Let others be. Judging and complaining about them does no one any good - least of all you.

5. Spend blocks of time without your phone/laptop - look at the face of someone you love rather than a screen. Or read a book.

6. Tell someone that matters that they matter.
