A new kitchen

I would love a new kitchen. When it rains water leaks into the kitchen. The kitchen had a mice infestation in 2021. I am unable to makeover the kitchen due to my health, disability, and cost of living crisis, over 70 years old and unable to work. I have medical conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, Long COVID-19, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety, COVID-19 scarring found in my lungs in August 2023 and undergoing two months of steroid treatment.
In August 2021 I suffered from COVID-19/pneumonia and was taken to the hospital on 20/08/2021 and discharged on 06/11/2021. I suffered a near-death experience, a heart attack, organ failure, a tracheostomy operation, pulmonary embolism, and a ventilator, and in a coma for two months. Sent home to sleep downstairs in a hospital bed. I am still recovering from my illness. I was bed-bound for a long time up to 2022 and still have illnesses in 2023 such as four chest infections from living in the cold with no heating or hot water for 5 months because the energy provider did not do the repairs on the boiler.
