Help my best friend return home

Hello, my name is Vladyslav, I'm 22, I'm from Ukraine. After the start of the war, on February 24, my best friend, who lives in Russia, got into terrible trouble. Her mother died of cancer due to lack of medicine. The friend herself became ill with diabetes. After her mother's death, she was left with her debts. With the help of friends, I collected money to pay off debts, but it turned out that my friend's apartment was under arrest. Her only living relatives have unfairly become heirs and need their part in the apartment. This requires $5,000. Without these funds, the friend cannot live in her home and receive insulin for free. We are very tired becouse of this. I understand that you don't have time for my request, but you can be our last hope for help.
