“There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions – in a way that serves the world and you.” ~Sir Richard Branson

Thanks so much for all the glowing feedback on our recent posts that came up in conversation in LA! We wish to continue our support as you follow your passions on the path as an entrepreneur and brand.

I’ve been taking meetings after our very successful event with community partner, Teen Cancer America. We raised $4 million dollars with our concert benefit after Pink, Foo Fighters and The Who performed in a secluded location filled with friends, fans and celebrities. The money will go to UCLA Health for breast cancer research and to fund the next teen cancer units. By request, here are a few highlights:

I’m uber inspired after conversations with musicians, filmmakers and friends on Instagram and Twitter. I also want to share an update to one of our most popular posts on the Virgin brand:

…it’s time to start testing your ideas. You need to be brave and put must accept that there are a lot of risks. Even the most carefully laid out plans don’t always meet with success, so it’s often better to put your product or service out there so that people can try it out. While you’re in the testing and planning phase, go back to all those people who suggested that you become an entrepreneur and ask them for specifics about what they see as your strengths. Tell them about your ideas and ask for honest, raw feedback about your next steps. I do this too – I have always discussed new business ideas with my friends and family before turning them over to lawyers and investment experts.

Finally, don't be afraid to ask your loved ones for support - you'll need it and they'll gladly give it. With their help, I'm sure you’ll be able to... Read on: https://www.virgin.com/richard-branson/tackling-challenges-curiosity

Thanks for reading and to everyone to donated to and attended the TCA Backyard Concert (especially my Chicago friends Ellen and Laura)!
