I wish my community gets clean water

I wish can get $5000 and build a modernized piped or tap water.In my community the poor can afford to access clean water.Piped purified water can only be accessed by a rich few,because it's for paying.The rest get free water from the natural streams where cows,darks,dogs swim. When UT rains it us also another case because the water turns muddy. Despite all that people still fetch it.
So I wish well-wishes cab come to our rescue. Thanks for your kindness.
