Get Drunk on Gratitude

I saw this the other day & it made my heart smile as I continue on with my daily gratitude journal(only day 2) in an effort to increase my mental fitness & improve my overall wellbeing.



 



For me gratitude is yes amazing but more of a preventative than a cure - during a bout of black depression knowing how much I have to be grateful for makes me feel even worse- guilty & horrible- but it is definitely a key player in helping me stay well, stay positive and live more in the moment when I practice it regularly.

Online shopping (eeek specifically purchases of new runners & a brow kit!)

Comfy jeans
