This week we’re celebrating the 1-year anniversary of Future Entrepreneurs. Thank you for your support, inspiration and feedback!

Take a few minutes for an #entrepreneur pulse check:

One of most popular blogs that sparked interest and synergy...when I posted for #DayoftheGirl October 11: https://thewishwallfoundation.org/desideri/future-entrepreneurs-empower-girls-women

This was just before #MeToo rose up as a social campaign, went viral and became a social movement. I’m proud to align with the cause and to help shed light on those stories. I will continue to do so in my upcoming books and films.

I am also happy to spotlight inspiring growth, friendship and faith in one of our dedicated readers, Deidre Friday.

We connected about empowering women and girls, and then encouraged each other as we discussed creativity in branding and business (the topic of my #ShineThroughtheNoise sequel and workshops).

It’s been wonderful to discuss writing, branding, growth and health with Deidre, with Carol Stanley https://thewishwallfoundation.org/desideri/future-entrepreneursnatural-keys-to-healthy-aging and with Simonetta as we share inspiration with everyone.

It’s my pleasure to share their success, progress and stories.

Congratulations and I’m proud of the many ways that you shine through!

Do you think of health as an age?

By Deidre Friday

Mmm.., your birth date is an indicator of how old you are, however,

our health as no age. Age is an indicator of years one has been alive to embrace this planet.

I do understand some may even question my statement for this, and that’s ok. The point to the question is to make you think. What if you choose to think of health as ageless?

Recently within the last year, I have been called or notified more than I would like. The calls and notices of loved ones, friends, family or associates facing health issues, passing on due health issues or approaching time to leave this planet.

Who has not faced a storm in their life? Ideally, not one wants to, however, it is a part of life.

• What helps me in life storms while trying to age gracefully? God & Family.

• Fill mind with positive thoughts and inspirations, even when it's very hard.

• Exercise along with a ton of other inspirational habits.

I know everyone that may reading this blog is not in perfect health and neither am I. Who is?

I do understand this, if you don’t make your health a priority, who will?

Health does not just mean body, it carries through mind, body & soul.

My circumstance of being who I am today did not come from being laxed about my health.

It comes from struggle, discomfort, and making better choices of what I eat. I decide to be disciplined even when I don’t feel like it. The gain of long-term benefits of health outweighs “I don't feel like it”.

I mention this to say…life is short, and our health is precious. Our choices that we make for health maintenance may not affect us now but can affect us later.

Life is busy, chasing goals, dreams and visions. Life can sometimes be a race every single day! Constantly working daily to fulfill goals, dreams, visions along with still putting in time for family and friends.

Even though life can is busy with tons of challenges, it’s up to you to decide how well you age. The choices you make on daily basis:

• What will you eat?

• How you treat your body?

• Are you paying attention to health alert indicators from your body?

• When was your last annual physical?

• Do you check your blood pressure?

• How is your cholesterol?

• How do certain foods make you feel?

• Are you getting in enough water?

• Are you filling your mind with healthy thinking?

• Are you meditating, exercising or doing yoga?

I implement the questions above while choosing to age gracefully even through the storms.

During my journey, I have been very fortunate to come across some very inspirational women that I am proud to relate to and connect with:

One of those women is Carol Stanley, https://about.me/carolstanley1

Carol has an amazing book on Amazon,

Feel Better Every Day: Natural Keys to Healthy Aging, a.co/8Y7LHwq

If you may have noticed! I am passionate about fitness of the mind, body, soul along with being lover of inspiration and empowerment.

In my journey, I’ve been very fortunate to connect with two inspirational & very powerful women! I am dramatically inspired to pour out my passions, wish, dream out loud and shine through the noise.

I honestly can’t write enough words to say how much I have been encouraged by:
