Help me in saving the lives of malnourished and most vulnerable children in korogocho slums.

Approximately 300,000 people live in Korogocho’s unplanned urban settlement. Approximately 98% of
the people live below the poverty threshold and are barely surviving on a dollar a day. Like other slum
dwellers across the country and around the world, the residents are forced to contend with highly
compromised living conditions including poor sanitation and sewerage systems, prostitution, high rates of HIV infection, drug abuse, unemployment, lack of social amenities, and poor housing among other challenges. This has a definite
direct impact on children especially aged below ten years. Effects include ever increasing rates of child mortality,
poor maternal health, starvation and increased school dropouts.having worked in Korogocho slums in Nairobi -Kenya with provide international (an NGO)i have seen children getting malnourished and others dying due to starvation. This prompted me to start a feeding program campaign where children can get at least one meal a day.today we are feeding 546 children who are malnourished and others who come from most vulnerable families.results are promising and i believe together with your support we can bring a huge difference in the lives of these children.Your support will be a great pillar for the remaining thousands of children who are still suffering in the slums without help.
