FE: Renaissance 2020
Date Published: 4/16/2020
In essence, the Renaissance was simply the green end of one of the world’s hardest winters.
Last year at this time we were paying homage to Notre Dame in Paris and praying for her renaissance. ICYMI: https://thewishwallfoundation.org/desideri/renaissance-notre-dame
Today, a lone bell rang out from what remains of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris on Wednesday, in the sole commemoration to mark a year since a massive blaze nearly destroyed one of the world's most revered monuments.
Reconstruction of the medieval cathedral has been halted, with France under lock down over the deadly coronavirus outbreak.
I wish for renaissance…rebirth for our readers and for the world after the COVID-19 pandemic fades away. I still look forward to the renewed Notre Dame.
Last week we talked about re purposing and the power of pink: https://thewishwallfoundation.org/desideri/fe-in-the-pink
As we go through and take care of our daily needs, I’ll also share this tool that has helped cut through red tape.
State call centers and websites have been overwhelmed as nearly 20 million people across the country try to file for unemployment benefits while the coronavirus pandemic ravages the job market.
An app called DoNotPay promises to erase the headache of trying to get your claim processed — and does it all for free. https://news.yahoo.com/free-app-help-quickly-file-132938717.html
I wish you bright spots in this time of renewal until we can all shine through the noise.
