Seeking Help for Braces – Struggling with Self-Esteem and No Family Support
Date Published:
Hi,
My name is Viktoria and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart. I have very crooked teeth, and it’s something that has deeply affected my self-esteem for years. Smiling, speaking in public, and even making friends has always been difficult for me because I constantly feel ashamed of how my teeth look.
Unfortunately, both of my parents have passed away, and I don’t have any family to turn to for help. Financially, I’m doing my best to get by, but the cost of orthodontic treatment (braces) is far beyond what I can afford on my own.
I’m not asking for luxuries or extras — just a chance to feel confident, to smile without hiding, and to live without this constant weight on my self-worth. If there’s any way you can help, whether through advice, support, or a donation, I would be deeply grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
With hope,
Viktoria
