Provision of community health services to poor rural communities in Hwedza, Zimbabwe

To build a Family Health Centre in the rural community of Hwedza, Zimbabwe. Children and women have poor access to healthcare services like maternal and child care, specialized services like diagnostics, radiology, pharmacy and management of chronic illness like HIV, TB, Cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. There is very limited extension of services to the community like health education, home care, vaccinations and community awareness programs through utelization of community health workers
