Plastic pollution is a major issue the earth is facing today. We are at a climate crisis and people must be aware of that. Excuses cannot be accepted anymore, the phrase “I will do it one day” cannot be accepted. Zero waste lifestyle is such a trend but people do not think they can do it. The work or lifestyle they have now cannot fit with zero waste but what they don’t realize is that being zero waste is not perfect, that what it is about is making small changes in our life that in return does create a great impact in reducing plastic waste.

Daydream Republic Ph started as a travel brand that’s main products are pin board map, with the goal to inspire daydreamers to tick-off their bucket list. But the owner of Daydream (www.daydreamrepublic.com), Sasa Bacani, saw the drastic changes of El Nido, Palawan, Philippines a place she had visited as a kid and revisited as an adult. In just a few years’ pollution and commercialism have changed the paradise to a shadow of its self. This is what inspired the brand to launch new travel merchandise that are not only creative but also helps daydreamers a more mindful lifestyle. For travelers to take nothing but photos and leave only footprints.
