Help me achieve my dream of becoming an entrepreneur

I need your kind support to turn my dream of becoming an entrepreneur into reality. I am a single mother of 33 years without any sustained source of livelihood. I have some formal education but couldn't secure any formal employment. With the support of my husband, I have been able to start a business selling feminine hair products, bags and shoes. This is on a small scale and I currently need some money to expand the business and take on some young girls who after completing junior or senior high school in Ghana become idle and fall prey to men who sexually take advantage of them. I want to buy a lot of inventory into the shop and get 2-3 sales assistants to help me run the business and through that they can also earn some income for their upkeep, helping them to stay away from habits that. As a small-scale business, I face the challenge of accessing capital for business expansion and I think this is a good place to seek the needed support that I need. I will ensure to use whatever support I receive for the purpose and be accountable.
I understand the importance of creating opportunities for other women and how that can help them in their lives. With this support, I will expand my business and to create stable employment opportunities for young women in my community who are also ready to contribute in little ways to their families and our society. By empowering these young women through employment opportunities that my business will offer to them, they will be empowered to meaningfully contribute to the economic development and social well-being of the community we are in Northern Ghana. I will be providing mentorship and support to these young girls to help create a culture of empowerment and entrepreneurship among women and inspire them to pursue their dreams and achieve their full potential in life.
