Normal Legs

My wish is a complicated one. I was born with an abnormally slow HGH dispersal. I stopped growing when I was 12 (I'm currently 30). My mom had lab tests done when I was 14, and that's when we learned about my condition. My HGH dispersed too slowly, so when my growth plates closed, I was stuck with the skeletal structure of a pre-teen. My family is full of people 5'11"-6'3" while I'm stuck at 5'3" and dealing with chonic leg pain. The doctors say the pain comes from my HGH trying to lengthen my legs, but since the plates are closed, that's not possible. I spoke with a specialist, and he said in my case leg lengthening was a medically necessary surgery that the Rubin's Institute could help me with and insurance would pay for it. After speaking with a surgeon at the institute, he said he could get insurance to pay for it. I just needed to fetch lab results, a referral letter, and x-rays of my legs. Also, I needed to stop smoking and lose 30-35 lbs. After running around and getting lab results, x-rays, the letter, stopped smoking and basically starving myself on a daily diet of 500 calories, I got everything I needed and sent it to him. After a month of radio silence I called and he said that even though I'm dealing with chronic leg pain and there was an abnormality in my genes, my legs are straight and HE decided insurance wouldn't pay for it, so he never sent it in with no intentions on ever sending it in.
My wish is to get leg lengthening surgery. I'm tired of the leg pain, and I want to one day achieve my dream height of being an average 5'9" male.
