Wish to teach the world to heal through forgivenes

My wish is to teach the world to heal through forgiveness. I am a survivor of Auschwitz and Dr. Mengele. I forgave all the Nazis from the pain that the Nazis imposed on me when I was 10 years old and for killing my whole family. It healed me and set me free. Now, I travel around the United States and other countries speaking about my experiences to students and anyone who attends my lectures. I share my life story and the lessons I learned from being in Auschwitz. Here are a few of the lessons I have learned. 1) Never, ever give up on yourself or on your dreams. Growing up is very hard but if you keep trying your wonderful minds will come up with answers that will work. I did not give up on my life in Auschwitz but I did not know how to survive but here I am, 82 years later happy to be alive. Remember to become the best you that you can be. You cannot be anyone else but yourself. When you are the best you that you can be, you are going to be happy and proud of yourself and your parents and teachers will be proud of you too. 2) Prejudice was one of the reasons that Hitler succeeded. Prejudice is still with us. We have to work to treat people with respect and fairness. 3) Give your parents an extra hug and an extra kiss for all the children who survived Auschwitz and for all the children who have no parents to hug and kiss. 4) Forgive your worst enemy and forgive everyone who hurts you. It will heal you inside and set you free.
Forgiveness worked for me and I believe it could work for others who struggle with pain brought from past tragedies. I call anger a seed for war and forgiveness a seed for peace.
I need to raise 6 million dollars for a larger museum. Currently, we have to turn people away because the organization I founded, CANDLES, has grown and we can not accommodate the number of people wanting to visit. If you would like to donate to my organization, CANDLES Holocaust Museum and Education Center, please go to our website at candlesholocaustmuseum.org and donate to our cause.
