I wish to start a used clothes trading business in Nigeria.
I worked as a construction site supervisor in a sub-telecommunications firm in Nigeria.
Earlier this year, the company closed down due to the economic situation in Nigeria and all the staffs were Laid off. We were promised a payout package when the company recovers funds their clients are owing them .
It's been 8 months on but the company had not paid us yet. All they keep on telling us is that they are still in court with their debtors.
On my own side, I am a 49 year old man with 3 children and it had not been easy to take care of my family without a steady job or business. That's the reason I thought of starting a small business I can start with $500-$1000.
I have attended business workshops and trainings and I am strongly convinced that I shall do well in this business or a similar one and help myself and those around me if I get a start-up funding.
