The Smile Project, a community of individuals for social impact. Our very mission since the beginning, “Bigyang Ngiti” or Give a Smile is what drives TSP team to go on #adventuresthatmatter – as the slogan implies “making the Philippines smile one outreach at a time’, The Smile Project PH visited indigenous communities and bond with the kids there. In one day, volunteers were able to regroup kids in the community – play with them, tell them stories them, take lunch with them, and hear their stories as well.

Here in Smile Project, our goal is to make every indigenous kids we visit smile in one day –be inspired to pursue their dreams.

This December 1, 2018 we will be giving Smiles to the Community of Mag-antsi, Bamban, Tarlac, Philippines.

The outreach program, with target beneficiaries of 180 kids/180 indigenous families for $10 each we are raising funds to provide them slippers, hygiene kits, school supplies and groceries.

As part of our 2018 “Smile4Sustainability” campaign, the event will also seek sustainable livelihood of the community by pursuing agri-related crafts e.g. mushroom-culture and agri-gardening with the use of recyclable plastics.

One of the event highlights includes “SmileHands”, where kids will be oriented about proper handwashing and how clean hands can save their lives.

As the community lacks access to clean water we also hope to provide them a rainwater harvesting and filtration system that will cost $2,000.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
