Excavator for water

Date Published: 5/31/2024

Am a founder and CEO of a water works construction company called Trenchline. The plan for Trenchline was initiated in 2018 after the devastating short rains of October which affects most parts of Kenya. It was a genuine call to solve the challenges that rural people in the arid regions face. That you could only understand once you have experienced them. I happened to be in Mwingi (a semi-arid region in Kenya) where we shared drinking water with animals a few days before the rains since water was very scarce, they had to dig the riverbeds to access water and from the same hole where Donkeys were drinking from and at night Baboons taking a bath inn.
Immediately the rains hit, A major problem again. People were being swept by water from there homes. There were little control of water. Lack of bridges caused school children to sleep in cold schools and businesses disrupted across the defts.
I had a chance to experience and hear their stories.
The emotional baggage from the experience had becan to eat me. I thought that i had a chance to be one of those bringing and end to this problem.
That is when i registered Trenchline construction with 2 partners who were also motivated to be a stepping stone towards others advancement.
Tranchline mostly digs water pans, Drainages, Canals and Building of Gabions.
We wish to have an Excavator to help us create the best we can for our people and the environment.
