Creating more opportunities for Blind girls

BERDO is a Blind people’s organization, which has been working for empowerment & capacity building of Persons with disabilities with particular focus to blind children and girls. We run a " Residential School for Blind Children" , Provide education and skill development Training to Blind Children free of cost for their mainstreaming and ending exclusion. We want to set up a separate Hostel for blind girls, as they are the worst victim of marginalization, rights violation and injustice in Bangladesh. We seek support from WISHWILL Foundation or any other humanitarian organization to set up a Blind Girls hostel at Dhaka city. It will benefit blind girls to get educations and skill training and it will certainly contribute in ending gender inequality, discrimination and injustice to them.
