CROCHETING DREAMS, WEAVING BRIGHER FUTURES

Participants Organising and Arranging Project Materials

As part of the preparations for the Crocheting Dreams: Weaving Brighter Futures project, participants came together at the Kibwa Women Self-Help Group training centre to organise and arrange the materials that will be used throughout the crocheting skills training.

The women worked together to organise the different colours of yarn, crochet threads, and other essential materials, ensuring that everything was properly arranged and ready for the practical learning sessions. The activity brought the participants together, creating an opportunity for teamwork, cooperation, and shared responsibility as they prepared for the training ahead.

The excitement among the women reflected their readiness to acquire new skills and explore their creativity. Having the materials organised is an important step towards ensuring a smooth and productive training experience.

This activity represents more than just preparing training materials; it is the beginning of a journey towards creativity, confidence, self-reliance, and economic empowerment.

Kibwa Women Self-Help Group sincerely appreciates The WishWall Foundation and Miss @simonettalien for supporting this initiative and believing in the potential of women and young mothers.

Together, we are turning creativity into opportunity and weaving brighter futures, one stitch at a time.
