Please help our independent animal rescue keep on.

Hi there,
Greetings! First and foremost, I want to apologize for sending this message. There is a high chance you would not be able to read this at all, but I want to take a chance for those who are in our care. I am reaching out for our independent rescue in the Philippines, Shelter of Light.
Shelter of Light is not a big organization. There are no sponsors, no endless resources—it’s just me, doing what I can for cats and dogs who have nowhere else to go. We focus on the most vulnerable: the seniors, the sick, the abandoned, those with existing illnesses, and the differently abled.
For the past four years, I have done everything possible to keep this rescue running. I work extra, sell what I can, and stretch every last peso. But now, we are at a breaking point.
Right now, we have four rescues still confined at the vet, fighting to recover. One of them, Raya, has Acute CKD and needs a blood transfusion—P12,500 is needed immediately. But that’s just the start. We are also in urgent need of the following:
Flea & ear mite treatment for all rescues – P26,000
Weekly supplies (food, litter, vitamins) – P20,000
Unpaid vet bills – Over P300,000
We have nothing left. We are completely out of funds. No more food, no more litter, no more medicine. I’ve done everything I can. But I look at these rescues—the ones who have suffered so much already—and I can’t give up on them.
I think about Star, who was hit last year resulting in her pelvis being destroyed and one of her legs having to be amputated.
I think about Chance, who was also hit late last year on the head, resulting in him being completely blind.
I don’t know if you’re in a place to help, and I completely understand if you’re not. But if you are—if you can spare anything, even just a little—it would mean everything right now.
