My research on C-section

I am a doctoral candidate who has conducted a study on the management of postoperative pain amongst caesarean sections clients. As part of the study, I collected data on the prevalence of anxiety in the preoperative period as well as the role of hypertensive disorders. I believe the findings of this research ought to be published in high impact journals to create the needed attention for action required but do not have the funds. I would also want to close the research by settling the bills of at least four (4) c-section moms at the sites of study. This is because I realized the lack of funds was a major cause of anxiety in some of the women, even contributing to a longer stay after the procedure. Thank you in advance for the support.
