Air Force Veteran needs help after a kidney transplant

Date Published: 7/11/2016

My husband spent 22 years in the Air Force defending this country. Two years ago as he was getting ready to retire, we found out our youngest son needed a kidney transplant due to a rare genetic disease called Cystinosis. He was a match for our son so he donated his kidney. He retired 3 months after the transplant. My wish is that my husband could get a job in the IT field that was closer to home and to get a decent used car that was fuel efficient for the monthly trips to CHOP. I would love for my husband to get a decent paying job that would allow him to accompany us to the doctors every month.
