I am so glad to be Alife today because the Lord has allowed me the air to breathe , a lot of people would have really loved to be Alife at this moment in time .
I write this request asking for help from well wishers. I currently live and work in Dubai but my story is quite long. I came to Dubai in 2021 hoping to get greener pastures .My country of origin by the way is Zimbabwe.
I am in need of financial help as my responsibilities and needs have tremendously exceeded my income .My mother depends solely on me ,back home in Africa and she is a widow, our Father who used to be a Pastor for the Seventh day Adventist church died in 2017 and since then I have been the one responsible of taking care of my extended family ,which includes my mother , my brother who also has 3 children and is not employed , I also take care of my mother’s elder sister who has a son with a serious health condition.
I had been managing to pay my mum’s rent of about 400 dollars each month and to give her money for food and to support the relatives she lives with but however these days am getting overwhelmed and am now currently suffering from depression a bit, my workplace is usually quite stressful and my contract has changed allowing me a much lower salary almost culminating to 2620 aed or 3000aed after overtime(650 usd to 800usd) which is not sufficient enough for me and everyone else.We also managed to build a house at the farm but unfortunately we did not complete it due to lack of funding. Also I have been married since 2018 and in 2022 we had a baby girl but apparently my wife and daughter live in the Uk as they are British citizens, however things have not been good in me trying to move to the UK , my wife has a mental health condition which culminated into post natal depression when she gave birth to our one and only daughter hence its not been easy for me to try and move to England .Currently I managed to pay for my HCPC registration since I am a Dietitian and am awaiting scrutiny results so that I may attain registration for a practicing certificate and then I can easily job hunt and relocate to my family. It has truly been a serious challenge to do so since I have to try and balance rent food , relatives and everything all from one small cake .I believe there is someone out there who could help me and help my family so that we can escape this difficulty that we are facing. Currently we also owe rent of 1600 usd in Zimbabwe where my mother stays and she risks eviction and homelessness. I also on the other hand went into debt when I was trying to help my mother from time to time and owe almost 3000usd since 2023 because of trying to assist her and my close relatives. Imagine trying to balance Dubai , Uk and Zimbabwe all at the same time. My mother also has a condition of heart disease with high blood pressure and frequently gets ill , I manage to assist here and there but most of the time get overwhelmed as well.I do not know what to do or say so that this does not seem like a scam of some sort but I desperately need help , I can only say am being genuine.
Possible solutions for my problem could include someone helping me with the following
1.4600usd to clear all debt ,even little counts as well, ideas to clear debt are also welcome .
2.we have a farmhouse which is still under construction but requires something close to 14000usd to complete .My mother and relatives could easily relocate and stay there as well,
3.Someone donating money for my mother to buy a house so that she can stay together with my relatives . A good home in Zimbabwe can cost something close to 60000usd in Zimbabwe ,The official currency in Zimbabwe is the us dollar together with local currency. My mother would appreciate this one mostly since she has high blood pressure and has achy legs and heart disease. In the city she can easily visit Doctors and get health reviews from time to time.
4. Helping me relocate to my family in the Uk .My wife and daughter are in the Uk but financial challenges are also hindering our progress. I believe with a good job in the uk I can easily help all my family and one thing I did not mention is that my daughter was also taken away from us since birth .My wife has a mental condition and since she had post natal depression , our daughter was taken away , currently we managed to fight through the courts to have her returned into our custody but its still tricky on whether they will remove the court order or not since I as the Father have not yet relocated to the UK.
5.Help me get a job even here in Dubai , if possible it should not be a simple blue collar low paying job like the one I have , at least it could be something with higher income , at least something like 8000 aed (2300usd) per month going upwards.
6.Help with grocery money for my mother who is a retired lecturer. At least 300usd is good enough each month for a family of about 9 .
