End Poverty by Reskilling the unemployed and walking them into in-demand careers

Two months ago I realised that there are two global problems that are actually solutions to each other - the problems of unemployment and the problem of a lack of skilled people for certain careers. There is a simple solution - I wish to be able to create a vocational school which ONLY teaches skills that are in-demand globally and locally, teaches character to be able to get and keep this work, and walks the learner though the whole process from enrolment to the first day at work in a well paying job. I have assembled a team of 8 co-dreamers - all experts in their "Faculties". Our faculties include - Information Technology, Environmental (for Climate Change solutions), Beauty, Crafts, Hotel and Culinary and Aviation. Once we get it right , we want to show others the concept and help to replicate it out to other countries.
