Start a new life

I lost my partner after 20years in a car accident 3 weeks ago. I am stranded in a small town and really want to make my way home to my family. I don't have a rich family and they are struggling to get a place to stay for me. I'm scared and alone.
My partner and I were together for 20 years. Like any couple, we had our ups and downs, but we always stood by each other. Until 2024, I was working, but when life took an unexpected turn, he lovingly took care of me (asthma).
In 2025, we moved to a small town to live where there is just a handful of work opportunities . He still had a stable job and I became a house wife.
On 24 July 2026, we were involved in a serious accident. He was rushed to hospital with a severe head injury and, on 27 July, he was declared brain dead and passed on , on the 29th.
During those heartbreaking days, I didn't fully understand how critical his condition was.Although I couldn't say goodbye the way I had hoped, I asked a pastor to pray with me and help me say my final goodbye.
We had no children, but we shared a life together and cared for our animals as our family.
I am now more than seven hours away from my hometown (cape town), with no income, no home to return to, and no idea where to begin. After spending 20 years building a life together, I now have to start over on my own. I need to find work as soon as possible and a place to stay so I can rebuild my life.
My faith in God is helping me through each day and giving me the strength to keep going, even when it feels impossible.
I know many people are facing their own struggles, and throughout our lives we always tried to help others whenever we could. Today, I find myself in the difficult position of asking for help.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will help me get back to my cape town, find a place to stay, and begin rebuilding my life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, generosity, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
