Helping alcohol, drug abuse and mental illness by studying the four units of Clinical Pastoral Education

Greetings,

I am Antony Kihori from Nairobi, Kenya. I have worked as a cross cultural Missionary in Tiaty Constituency, Baringo County . Apart from being a missionary I do feeding programs for both adults and school children, educating the need for cleanliness, effects of alcoholism and basically all that will make the person well in their life.

This place is insecure and challenging but for the sake of humanity I press on. My guess is that this is the reason they drink local brew too much and it involves both gender and all ages. It is with this that I kindly enquire for the grant to study CPE. My desire is to be able to help not only here with the addicts and mental issues here but where else I will be in my future. My desire is simple- Only the four units of the CPE program. The fees should be sent directly to the accredited institution. With the digital age I can do it from anywhere in the world while still in Nairobi. If it is here in Nairobi then Servant Of The Sick Training Centre For The Healthcare Centre which is run by Camillians of Kenya could be of great help to me . And through this even as for me I will get other pastoral caregivers who I can go to in times when the mission field becomes stressful even as I serve in many areas having been equipped through CPE. More so the service to this community will be great as I serve to make them sober and hence deal with the poverty issue.
Then I will be able to teach them about poverty reduction. Images of what I do are available to share.

It is with this that I write to enquire if my humble request is first possible since I am in foreign Nation and if I qualify how can I apply.

with much appreciation
Antony
