Receiving a $1M grant to buy a productive farm

Its my passionate dream wish to have access to a generous billionaire who is willing to meet me, discuss and eventually grant $1million to buy a 20 hectare w farm with a borehole in my country Botswana, to produce food in terms of sorghum, maize, potatoes . With this amount capital i will be able eradicate poverty by creating sustainable employment for my local community hence both and unskilled will be hired to sustain their families or dependents. This will be spend to order a complete first hand farm machinery from John Deere manufacture, including tractors, irrigation system, harvester machinery ,build erect electric fence around the farm as part of loss control , a cctv monitored by in-house security officers, ploughs,seed planters , seed storages , pesticides , tractors, build farm workers free , i accommodation hostels. As an engineer, i trust my staff will be fully trained by machinery supplier to reduce unnecessary delays and breakdowns due lack of ignorance hence my company will uphold and effectively manage a Safety & Health Enviroment policy as a factor towards a producing quality products to the nation.
