Seeds of Hope Career Fund for Survivors
Date Published:
The Seeds of Hope initiative of the Lynch Foundation for Children is a career empowerment fund for survivors of sex trafficking. Seeds of Hope serves as a catalyst and stepping stone for survivors to achieve vocational opportunities and sustainable success aiming to strengthen survivor voices across communities on every front.
The Award goes to individuals who were in the “life†and are now out of that lifestyle and enriching society that much more by using the Award to further career goals and use the past as fuel for a story of hope for others at-risk of or trapped in the life.
For example, hear "Tiffany's" Story:
Tiffany has been a survivor of trafficking since she was sold by her sister at age 15. She is now a wife and expectant mother, with a son due June 15th, 2018! Tiffany is aiming to get her Masters in Social Work at SDSU. It is $5,000 per semester and the Seeds of Hope Fund could cover this with your support!
