A Wish Granted!

We are a community of individuals with the dream of making the Philippines smile, one outreach at a time. In line to this mission, we are happy to share with you how we wish about making the Mag-antsi Aetas of Bamban (indigenous people of the Philippines) smile in one day.

The Mag-antsi Aetas live in the far-flung mountain area in the province of Tarlac. The kids under grade school walk by foot to make it to school, and in the case of grade 4 to grade 6, kids likely to go down the mountain very early and walked several hours, not to be late at school. During rainy seasons, these kids struggle to go down the mountain by foot to attend school, some of the kids were discourage not only by facing significant hardships getting in school by foot, but also where to get school supplies to survive at least a school year.

On 1st of December, our team will visit 180 Aeta kids in the tribe of Mag-antsi, Bamban and with the help of Wishwall we'll be able to provide every kid school supplies, kiddie kits, slippers and toothbrushes, and food as well. We would be able to share our time to inspire them as well as to bond with them thru games and stories.

We'll orient them about proper handwashing and how clean hands can save their lives through the "Smilehands" campaign.

With this wish granted by The Wishwall Foundation, we are grateful to feed our fellow indigenous children, provide them groceries for their family and most especially having prepared Christmas presents to them - school supplies and hygiene kits that can make them so excited to go back to school.

Thank you Wishwall Foundation for making the Philippines smile by becoming a blessing to our fellow indigenous kids and families in the Tribe of Bamban.
