My father was able to fly with the paraglinding thanks to The Wishwall Foundation!

Hello everyone! It's me again, Giulia, the Palermo's girl! I would like to tell you with more details my experience with The Wishwall Foundation! I wrote my wish on The Wishwall, because I knew that it was time to do something for my dad who spends every day of his life for me, my mother and my little brother. My father just got laid off and was very sad. I was full of hope, and I was very happy when my wish was published. Make my father fly with the Paragliding. I did commit, I got it commented from many people, friends, relatives and some girls like me that I have on Facebook, all commented and they show to the Foundation that I was committed and that my wish was very meaningful. Here came the surprise. I admit to having written many times to The Wishwall community to have news and I was very anxious, needless to say I was often linked here. But at some point Simonetta wrote me that she had found a way to help my wish to come true! They had managed to contact the instructor Paragliding and they told me that the following Sunday my father could fulfill his dream. That Saturday, unfortunately, we had the news the next day the instructor was not in Sicily and then the treatment for my dad would not be the same probably. It had to be absolutely special! Of course my dad didn't know anything about the surprise.



Simonetta and Sara helped me a lot and tried again for the following Sunday and finally on September 27 my father was going to make it! That Sunday arrived very quickly, between my anxiety and my mother we were able to bring my father to the place without having him known anything, creating excuses on why we had to go that far that day. (he knew nothing). We were very worried. The weather was really bad, but with a constant help Sara insisted we went and when we got there the sky began to change and my dad was really very happy with his amazing surprise! He flied with the paragliding and his dream has come true. This story of mine shows that wishes can be fulfilled together, sometimes they can seem difficult but together it is possible. Ciao a tutti! Sono nuovamente io, Giulia, la ragazza di Palermo! Vorrei raccontarvi con più particolari la mia esperienza con Desideriamo.it! Scrissi il mio desiderio qui, perché sapevo che ormai era arrivata l'ora di fare qualcosa per il mio papà che spende ogni giorno della sua vita per me, la mamma e il mio fratellino. Ero piena di speranza ed ero molto contenta quando venne pubblicato il mio desiderio. Lo feci commentare da tante persone, amici, parenti e ad alcune ragazze come me che avevo tra gli amici di Facebook, tutti commentarono e qui arrivò la sorpresa. Ammetto di aver scritto moltissime volte a Desideriamo in attessa di notizie ed ero molto in ansia, inutile dire che stavo spesso collegata qui. Ma ad un certo punto Simonetta mi scrisse che ce l'avevano fatta! Erano riusciti a contattare l'istruttore di Parapendio e la domenica dopo mio padre avrebbe potuto realizzare il suo sogno. Sabato 12 Settembre 2015 arrivò la notizia che, purtroppo, l'indomani l'istruttore non era in Sicilia e quindi il trattamento verso il mio papà non sarebbe stato lo stesso, probabilmente. La cosa doveva essere assolutamente speciale! Simonetta e Sara mi aiutarono molto e riprovarono per Domenica 20 Settembre, ma anche quel giorno non fu possibile. Ovviamente tutte queste cose non erano di certo per colpa loro! Novità ! Domenica 27 Settembre mio padre ce l'avrebbe fatta! La Domenica arrivò molto in fretta, tra l'ansia mia e di mia madre siamo riusciti a portare mio padre a Letojanni (lui non sapeva nulla). Eravamo molto preoccupate. Il tempo era veramente molto brutto, temevamo ma Sara con un aiuto costante ha insistito affinché andassimo e arrivati lì il cielo cominciò a cambiare e il mio papà fu davvero molto contento della sorpresa! Si fece il suo giro e il suo sogno riuscì a realizzarsi. Io ringrazio tantissimo Simonetta e Sara per tutto l'aiuto! Spero che i desideri di tutti si realizzino! Grazie alla Wishwall Foundation (USA)
